做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
