做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
