做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
