做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
