做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
