做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
