做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
