做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
