做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
