做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
