做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
