做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
