做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
