做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
