做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
