做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
