做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
