做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
