做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
