做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
