做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
