做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
