做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
