做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
