做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
