做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
