做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
