做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
