做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
