做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
