做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
