做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
