做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
