做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
