做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
