做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
