做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
