做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
