做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
