做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
