做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
