做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
